I love "The Body Lever" because it produces RESULTS! This handmade, high quality, solid wooden self care contraption is genius. When using The Body Lever I get more acquainted with my muscular system because of the acute manipulation of this tool. It's lighweight, slim-line, can fit in large gym bags or halfway out small ones, great price, versitle and affordable X 10! I use mine on average twice a week and is definitely a life saver, some applications can be painful due to muscle condition, similar to a foam roller!

I can't explain how much it meant to receive that loving kindness...I have been giving a lot of myself away
to keep my family safe and employed; and to be honest it has made me a bit spiritually and physically sick.
I have struggled a lot in my life with receiving/asking for help, support, self love etc.
I also have very low boundaries and have been used quite a lot by others.
But I have been doing a lot of work for the last two years
This connection with you and the Body Lever has been a lifetime of self searching.
So,
